At the 2025 Inclusion Bund Conference and the American Express Ecosystem Partner Summit themed "Payment for Innovation, Life at Heart," JLPay, a leading third-party payment institution in China and a subsidiary of XGD Inc., was invited to participate and was awarded the prestigious "Co-Creation Award in Payment Scenarios" by American Express in recognition of its outstanding achievements in payment innovation.

Recently, a delegation from the School of Law at Renmin University of China (RUC) visited XGD.Inc to engage in a focused dialogue with XGD Digital Technology on the theme: "Foreign-Related Rule of Law in the Digital Economy Era: Challenges, Innovation, and Cross-Border Practices." Discussions centered on cross-border data governance and corporate compliance practices.

On July 4, 2025, the launch ceremony for the “WeChat Pay Merchant Onboarding Program—Boosting Macau’s Economic Vitality and Tech Innovation” was successfully held at the Macau Fisherman’s Wharf Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Recently, JLPay, a subsidiary of XGD INC., was honored with the “Excellence Partner Award” from Mastercard for its innovative practices and outstanding services in the payment sector. This marks the second consecutive year that JLPay has received this prestigious award, further validating its continuous contributions and operational strength in the acquiring services industry.

Wang Daping, Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference), along with CPPCC Standing Committee member Fan Kun and other leaders from the Nanshan District, visited XGD INC. for a research and exchange session. They were received by Liu Xiang, Chairman of XGD INC., along with Vice President Liu Jiao, Director of Government Affairs Ni Lina, and their team.

The "Technology Enterprises and Integrated Tourism and Leisure Enterprises Networking Conference and Certification Ceremony" was grandly held at the Venetian Macao, hosted by the Economic and Technological Development Bureau (DSEDT) and the Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT). During the ceremony, XGD Macau subsidiary was awarded the certification as a "Potential Technology Enterprise."
